You're not. If they email it to you, you can make it available to them on the forum. I plan to provide about 4800 avatars for all users automatically.

You're the first to trial the new version so any problems you have I'll take into account and change if I can. Besides avatars, notice anything else (good or bad)?

Make a thread called "Avatars" on your forum and ask your members to post a link to their avatar. I'll add them to your forum.

ok, I have fixed all the avatars for all my members now - but it would be great if one could have a checkbox called "Make My Picture the same as my Avatar".

And please DO NOT add any more custom avatars!

Great with polls! Can I make a poll in an ordinary post?

Is it possible to have custom graphics for all buttons etc?

Can I have the TOPIC and the author on the front page?

It would also be nice to be able to link the forumbanner to a custom link. For the moment I am asking people to give money to help the victims of the awful Tsunami - but I can't link the "banner" to the right place...

It would be very handy if you could provide the users with a graphical guide with screen shoot samples for the "Font/Table Color Code Configuration" - what value/colour goes where? It would save me a lot of trial and error...
