Hi
Here is an example:
You must be logged in to see this link.

As you see the first post is fine, the second on is not, when you scroll down. (NB I created this post in word and copied it across - don't know if this makes any difference?) Is there anything I can do to make the post readable, and to avoid this happening again?

Thanks

Paul

The user posting the first post must have hit enter after a certain amount of words for it to display as narrow as it does.

The second post is wider because when typing in Word the text does not have a newline at the end of each line.
I edited the first paragraph and hit enter after every 8 words (roughly) so that it displays the same as the first post.

In my browser the second post resizes itself so thats its readable unless the browser window is very small indeed. This is the way it should be. If you want to change it you would have to edit the whole second post (on the forum) and hit enter (on each line) when you think the text is wide enough.

That seems a bit of a pain! In which browser does it realise itself?

Do you really have to press enter at the end of each line?

I've tried it in Opera, Firefox and Internet Explorer 6.

No. Its readable for me and for most Internet users. Inevitably there will always be users with one problem or another because of the wide variety or browsers, operating systems, etc. available today.

Do you have more infomration on the browser being used ? Upgrading it or switching to Firefox may fix the problem. Actually you didn't give a detailed description of whats happening. If you could it may help.
