I have an administrator that is trying to post a new forum---she keeps getting this error:

There Was A Problem With Your Details

You Must Enter an Address for the New URL


What does that mean and what is she doing wrong? I have no problems adding a forum but she keeps getting that message?

She is creating a link not a forum. If she clicks the purple folder icon instead of the World icon it would be a good start. She would also have to be an admin.
