We've been having several problems with this user upsetting our other users on the forum. We've locked her account four times now but she keeps signing up with different user names and different e-mail addresses. Can you ban her ISP from the server? It is: 66.185.85.75 and 66.185.85.79

Thanks

Cathy K

I can ban her i.p. but not the ISP. It will be a few hours before I can do it though.

Banned both i.p.'s.

You do know that all they have to do is reconnect unless they have a static i.p.

Thanks Padriac -

Hopefully this will solve the problem. Is there anything else that can be done in case it doesn't?

Keep locking their accounts, it really is the best option.

If it persists I'll get you contact details for the isp so that you can register a complaint.
