Well I didn't utilize the support boards because I prefer e-mail but I was very impressed with the support staff's response time and candid reply to my not-so-uplifting question (which was "what happens to our saved topics if ForumCo ever closes down or goes bankrupt).

I just wanted to post that I hope this company sticks around as it is a great service at a very fair price.
