I have a member on the board that I am a new co-moderator to who can't log in any longer. He changed his email in his profile and reversed two of the letters. Now he can't access this account.
I have tried a couple things, but I don't know how to fix the problem.
Any suggestions?

Hi Shanna

Have you tried getting your site Administrator to reset the person's password? That usually works for us.

Edit the email address on the members page and it should send him a new password.
