As the owner of the ForumCo forum you can run it however you like as long as it doesn't breach our Terms & Conditions.

I don't know just what permissions you've gave the other admin, but you are still the "Super" Admin of that forum. The Super Admin is who the forum was first given to at the time ForumCo was contacted and they set the account up for you.
If you are really concerned about the other admin shutting the forum down, demote that other admin down to a lower member level which would have no admin powers. Then you don't have to worry about them being able to do anything against your wishes.
However, ForumCo does not remove (or shut down) the forum for someone other than the Super Admin (the owner of the forum).
There is no option on the forum for anyone to shut down or remove the forum; the option you do find available is only a temporary shut down that an admin can use. But, to totally close out or shut down a forum permanently can only be done by ForumCo; and would only be done by request of the original owner of the forum (you).

Just demote the other person on the forum. Then start deleting those topics you wish to remove and/or wish to replace. That allows you to recreate the mission, goals, topics and appearance of your forum.

If you are having problems with any of the other members not following your wishes, lock them out of the forum (do this by using the membership list) and editing their status; either "Locked' or "Unlocked". If they are locked, they will not even be able to log in to the forum.
If you simply delete their membership, they can create a new membership and get back onto your forum. Lock them out, and at least they'll have to use a different username and a different email account to join or gain any access back as a member of your forum.

Does this info above help you with your situation?

I might also add this:
If the other person has been using your account, as if they were you; meaning they have been signing in as you, then change your password etc.
