We need to know how to move forward with our forum. The forum creator has left and stopped paying for the services and now the forum has reverted back to the free version. We are in debate on starting a new forum or not, but we have so much information there we hate to loose it and to archive it would be a lot of work.

We need to know what steps we can make gaining control of the forum and making a new person the admin?

If we can not could you tell us how we can archive or merge the forum with a new one.

One we get the admin turned over we can start paying for the forum again.

Can you help?

The guy who started the forum has left us due to personal issues and has requested that we no longer contact him. He shut down our website. He quit all social networks and our group is in limbo right now.

I usually give the admin 2 weeks to respond. Heard nothing from them yet.
