I opened a forum a few years ago and the person I made Admin to help me removed me from the forum as an Admin. I am still on the forum, but he removed me from being able to edit my own forum. Can you help with this?

I am concerned when a person opens a forum with their e-mail account you have to agree to some legal terms. With the guy removing me as an admin and getting the password to the main admin account will I still be responsible for the site?

I will pm you the forum url and names of forum ids involved.
