Recently we have had several members who have needed to change their e-mail addresses. After it is completed they still can't get into the forum. In and effort to figure out what was happening I changed my regular User ID on the forum's with a different e-mail address. I got the forum generated e-mail and copied and pasted the link in my browser. All seemed to be well until I tried to log in. It gave me a message this message below.

I am guessing that something is amiss. There is no mention of a new password in the e-mail. Can you help me please with this?

Thank you very much,
Lady RV

I was able to go into my personal User Account as an Admin and change the password and now can get into my account. However that seems like we should not have to do that every time someone changes their e-mail address. I know in the past we've never had to do that. Thank you again, Lady RV

What was the message? It's missing from your original post.

I just tested it on your forum - username test1234

I changed the email address from forumco@gmail.com to forumco+foi@gmail.com and it worked fine. I was able to login using the same username and password.

Which account did you try it on?
