One of my members having trouble using the forums.

He is logged in ok, but then he is getting a error message telling him that he is not logged in.

What shall I answer him?

Ask him to check the time, date and year on his forum. If its more than a month out the login cookie will expire straight away.

There also could be a firewall blocking the cookie or he has set security options to strict in his browser.

Find out which browser he's using. If its IE 6.0 he could try this (second post)
