Her user name is brittenyleahc anyways she says it will let her log in and then it will go right back and ask her to log in over and over again. So she can't stay logged in!You must be logged in to see this link.

Ask her to check the time, date & year on her computer.
Does she have cookies enabled?
Has she a firewall like Norton Internet Security running?

Here is what she emailed me :
Okay, so according to my computer it is October 24, 2005, but the time is correct. I don't know how to check to see if I have cookies enabled. And, I know I have a firewall because often when I sign on to AOL it tells me that the firewall won't let me on, but then I get on anyway...I don't know where my firewall is or what to do about it. Thanks for helping me, sorry it's been such a pain to get me on!!!

What do I need to tell her to help her!

She needs to change the date for a start. That alone may fix it. By default our cookies last 30 days. If she logs in on August 24 the forum will try to set a cookie which will expire on September 24. Because her computer thinks its already after this date the cookie expires immediately after the cookie is set resulting in her being logged out. All this happens in less than a second so it looks like shes being logged in then out again straight away.

Fix the date first, if it continues post here.

BTW, this caught me out once and I didn't figure it out for a few hours. Drove me mad but it never happened again.
