I have one member who can't get into the board she said she got a notice saying activation key not found. What do I do? I approved her and the board shows her as a member.
Next I have people posting but the only posting showing as posts are mine. Their posts are in there but under their avatars it will still show 0 posts but that person. Can you tell me how to fix it if I have to configure something? Or is this something you need to fix?
