UPDATE ON SITUATION:
As of 7/4/2005 8:46 PM CST, Padraic has access to a new server and has begun working on this problem in greater detail. he's been working hard, researching, and doing all the he can to fix it as quickly as possible.
The new server is online and operational. However, the forums haven't been moved to the new server. Padric has put some measures in place and is waiting to see if that stops the problems first. If not, forums will be moved to the new server.
If the forums should go down again, before Padraic is made aware of it, then you can access your forums by doing the following (am quoting padric):
To access the backup server for your forum insert the word backup between your forum username and forumco.com e.g.
You must be logged in to see this link. becomes You must be logged in to see this link.
You must be logged in to see this link. becomes You must be logged in to see this link.
If you need to let your users know by email of the change you should goto your backup forum, login as the super admin (e.g. the username you got when you signed up - You must be logged in to see this link.), goto the admin area and email all your members telling them of the backup server address.
Forums users will have to login when they go to the backup server.

At this point in time, necessary steps will be taken by Padraic to switch the forums automatically to the backup server if this should so happen once again for a third time in a row.
