Hi, Padriac!

A new subscriber to the Queen Power forum is having trouble. She signed up twice, but wants to use the Carschooling Queen. If there is something I can do to fix, let me know!;).

Here's the message from the new user.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
When I got to your website I registered in order to respond to a post on Queen Power Teams in your Forum -- but every time I tried to post, I got a message that my user name or password were incorrect. So, I thought maybe there was a problem with my first attempt at registration -- so I registered again. I received a message saying the user name I selected was taken. I assume I had taken it with my first attempt at registration that wasn't working. So, I registered a slightly different name. That registration was accepted too. But when I went to post a reply on the forum -- I got another error message about my user name and password being incorrect. :(
FYI: I've pasted the acceptance emails I received below for both
registrations. As I said, I couldn't get the reply mechanism on the forum to accept my post -- it just kept giving me a user name and password error message. Can you help me figure out what the problem is? I'd love to participate in the Queendom. :)
Probably due to the problem earlier. If it persists reply here.
Hi, Padriac!
I'm away from my home and so accessing remotely. When I entered my username and password, I was accepted, but then immediately kicked out (10:31 p.m. CST on July 3rd). I then tried to post and was taken to an agreement statement. I tried to accept the agreement, but was continually returned to the agreement page. Do you think this is the problem??
I had NO problem when signing on to your Support forum, but cannot sign on to the Queen Power forum.
Please help!:).
This sounds similar to the problem I just encountered with my forum. I logged out and when I went back to log-in again toe dit a post, I got:
Your username and/or password were incorrect.
Please either try again or register for an account.
This is what it tells me when I try to access my forum under 'Kayzhond' and 'KeesTalk'.
Perhaps the problems are somehow linked together since they've seem to have accurred around the same time.
Hey, Padriac!
More ideas from the person that knows enough to be dangerous;).
Discovered that I am only having trouble logging in remotely when I go through the e-mail message notification. Hope that helps you solve the problem!
When I use a direct link, I have NO problems.
Hi, Elizabeth! Padriac and ForumCo are great. It will all be worked out
I look forward to being a moderator here and have no doubts this will work itself out.
