Padraic,

I was wondering if there would be any way to make the listing of a City and State a mandatory thing such as e-mail and passwords are? Since I know little about how all of this works, I could be asking for the moon?

I cannot change it without changing it for all forums and making a lot of database changes.
Thats why the required fields are at a minimum.
