Padriac - Is there way to set up the birthday feature where the users don't have to enter their birth year? We have a lot of middle aged women on our forum and they don't like to give out their birth years.

Unfortunatley no. The only thing I could suggest is that they enter an inplausible value e.g. 6th June 2000 or enter a year which would make them 21 again. That way their birthdays would be correct but their ages a mystery....
