Anyone out there having problems with AOL users replying to existing posts? I have 3 different AOL Users in my forum that can all initiate new posts, but their browser locks up when they try to respond to an existing message. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I told the users to let AOL know, but of course they can't get a hold of anyone live over there? Any thoughts?

Whats the url to your forum?

Are they on Windows or Mac?

I don't know what OS they use, but these folks are not very technical so I would be inclined to believe that they are using your standard pc with Windows.

Can they use "Quick Reply" ? Or does it only happen when clicking "Reply to topic" ?
There have been no changes to the forum code and I cannot think of anything that could be to blame except AOL.

They could try installing another browser.

I know that Firefox & Opera work with the forums 100%.

They may be able to keep AOL as an ISP and use another browser.
