I have a member trying to sign up for the forum and she can't get past the agreement page. She has disabled her Norton Security and it is still not working. Any ideas?

We had that problem. If you have Norton Internet Security or Firewall, disabling them while registering will work. A few other virus type programs may be the same I don't know.

She's already disabled her Norton Security and she still can't get past the agreement page. It's the first question I ask them - and it's worked all times except this time. Thanks for trying though. -- Cathy

You could complete the registration for her if you get the details from her e.g.

Username, Password, etc.
