why am i still being charged when i canceled this and was assured i would no longer be charged. i emailed you this information specifically. forumco.com/parenting

Sorry, my fault entirely. The only way to cancel immediately is to login to your WorldPay account and select cancel. Sometimes, due to the amount of email I receive there are delays when I have to cancel an account.

I have refunded two extra payments after you requested that I cancel the board
and have cancelled the agreement so you can't be charged again.
