Hi again,
I have had an ongoing problem with some of my members, a couple of Moderators and even myself this past weekend. I now feel my difficulties are all ironed out but my one Moderator is having problems. Below is a continous e-mail she and I have had going.
I am also having quite a few members saying they can't register or that they aren't getting their e-mails. Then some are getting them but the link doesn't work?

Lady RV, As you know I have been having trouble for days, I still can not get on the forum with my desk top, but I am getting message now. I am getting the timed out one, I have been able to get to the forum from my laptop. I don't know about the guys,I do know that the intro's for yesterday are not posted. I posted a message to rob but don't know if he can get on to see it. There are 5 for yesterday and I think 3 so far today. I too am past frustrated, you don't know from one minute to the next if you can get on. Let me know if you find out anything, If I can still get on should I do the intro's for Rob?? I was hopeing that he would see my message.
Hi Britney 10, I am sorry I didn't get back to you earlier. While we were camping I started having problem with my Verizon connection. I believe the intros got done and I so appreciate your help and watching closely what is going on. I eliminated all my links to the forum in my favorites and added them again. If I use You must be logged in to see this link. I don't get the actual web addresses for the pages. I have to do the right click/properties thing. Have you tried this?

I have a page somewhere which will show you which cookies are set on your computer by forumco.com It will let you easily delete them. You must be logged in to see this link. If you click on the link above it is supposed to remove all the cookies from ForumCo. Give it a try. I did it this weekend and it ended up helping I think. Here is a link I was finally able to generate tonight that seems to work. Maybe ForumCo has gotten it all straightened out. I would clear your cookies for the forum and Temporary Internet files too before using this link to get to the forum. You must be logged in to see this link.
Best Regards, Lady RV
Lady RV, I just can not find out what is going on, I have spent days working on this. I have done everything that you said and even a little more, nothing seems to work. Even the two links below does the same thing. This one has really got me stumped. I can go to any other web site except for forumco and montanaowners, but can get right on with my laptop. It just don't make sense. OH! and I even get notices from the forum I just can't go back to them. I will keep working on it, maybe you could ask them what they think. If you do tell them that I have all settings set like they said to do and I got rid of all cookies and old links. Thank you for all your help.
As always Padraic, I appreciate your help.

Hmmmmm.....
There have been no known server problems since the move. The traffic graphs for the servers also report continuous service - You must be logged in to see this link.
Ask the user if they can do a traceroute the next time they get a timeout error. From the email its not exactly clear whether or not the timeout error was generated from a page on your forum or problems with the moderators ISP. Are they using a firewall of any kind? Feel free to redirect them to me (preferably here) or by email to info@forumco.com .

Padraic,
Thank you so much for all your help. Britney is now on the forum and having no problems. Everything seems to be running quite smoothly. I hope I am not jinxing anything by saying that?
Have a great weekend. Here it's the 4th of July, a Holiday Weekend.
