Hi again,

I feel bad as it seems we are always having one problem or another and I don't know how to solve them? :sigh: I am sorry for bothering you so frequently.

I have gotten messages via e-mail from several people including one of my mods who was trying to create an account for practice that would allow her to know what new members would see as they register.

Below is an example of the e-mails.

quote:
AI have tried to sign up and agree to your privacy act statement, but every I agree it keeps coming back to same statement want let me sign up.

And...

quote:
Sorry to bother you but I cannot get past the agree or cancel 1st page of the registration process. It just returns to this first page to sign up. Perhaps you could assist me to register as a new member of your club/forum.

Then they sent this after adjusting cookies and IE options...

quote:
I have reset cookies, and added MOC as a trusted web site, but I still can't get past the agree/cancel page....!!!! Thanks for your help and looks like I can use some more of your assistance, Walter

What can I do?

What shall I tell them? I'm lost here.

Thank you,
Lady RV

Its what I'm here for.

Its their firewall, probably Norton Internet Security.

Ask them to disable it while they sign up.
