A couple of users have told me that PMs they are sending are not reaching their destination. The sent PM appears in their Outbox as sent, but the recipients aren't receiving them.
We have checked that they were addressed correctly (they were!). The people reporting this are long-time users of the board, and not neophytes who are having problems with navigation.
Can anyone help throw some light on this please?
