I have a member that can't seem to get into a member only forum. I have included him on the allow list and we dont use a password. He can post in the public forum. Can you offer any help?

I need the following;

1. Your board url
2. The member name
3. The forum (on your forum) that is protected.

Send it to me by email if you prefer.

It will be a few hours before I can do anything about it, I'm not at ForumCo at the moment. I'll let you know.

I logged in as the problem user and had no difficulty in gaining access to the protected forum. I was using IE6 / WinXP. I have a screen capture of it if you want to see it (I can send it by email if you like).

Do you know if Dj Prof K enters his / her username and password (in the post box) everytime they post in the main forum? If this is the case it might explain why they cannot gain access to the protected forum.

In other words they are not logged in correctly. I need to know more e.g. Browser version and Operating System and any other relevant details.

I might be better to refer Dj Prof K to this board.

I don't log in every time I post, but every time I go to [EGO], I have to click refresh so that everything is new.... I don't have to do that at any other forums, so it's kind of weird. :-/ Anyway, I'm still having problems, and I don't know what to do.... If you want Quix, you could delete my profile and I'll remake it.... Whatever will help would be awsome.
