I'll give you the short of the long explanation.
Audio and video type files are not stored at ForumCo. They have to be hosted on the Internet at other host locations; for example You Tube.
1. Upload your audio file(s) that you want to use (on the forum) to You Tube.
2. Post your message (topic, etc.) on the forum.
3. Use the "Insert You Tube" option of the message posting window (of the forum) to insert the actual URL of that audio/video hosted at You Tube.
Another way of explaining the process is;
You don't upload, or post, the audio/video file on the forum; you post the file's URL within the appropriate brackets of the hosting service involved.
It's just like; you don't post the actual image when posting a photo on the forum, you post the URL to it within the "Image" brackets.
