good day mr. admin. i'm a newbie here. how can i make a moderator from a member? sorry for my bad english... i hope you can understand me...

Go to your members page and select the user you want to be a moderator. Click edit and change them from a normal user to moderator. Click submit.

The moderator will now be available in the admin area.

thank you mr. admin...

by the way.. i have another problem..
at the E-mail Server Configuration, no matter how i disable the E-mail Validation, it always enables again everytime i check it out. How can i turn it off?!

You cannot turn it off. We require that every account be validated by email for security and anti spam reasons.
