Hi i was wondering when Members join, and they get a email letting them know that they have been approved... Is there anyway to add something to that email also?

If it was me,
I’d simply send each new member a “Welcome to the forum” email. In that email I’d add any special info that I’d like for new members to know about the forum. You can do that by clicking on the “New Member” name shown at the bottom of the Statistics (“Please Welcome our newest member”) option.
The member's username will show up there, after they confirm the standard confirmation email sent to them.

I think that email (confirmation email) is a standard, default email. I don’t think different Admins, other than a ForumCo Admin, can customize or edit that emails text.
