This does not appear to a problem with the forum, but rather the AOL site that is hosting the images is not available (for now). Once that "host" is back going, the images should reappear on the forum.

I just checked the URL of the missing photo in the above post. It is not a working webpage either. If your photos were hosted at a page that is currently working, you can paste that URL into your browser's "address Line" and hit the "go", the image will show up (by itself) at the website location. However, with the new URL you changed them to, I get a 404, (web page not found message). So would your forum not be able to locate the image. Therefore a "Red X box" appears.

It is a working website. It's where all our avatars are hosted. I also tried it with Tiny Pic and it didn't work either. I will try one more thing on my personal website but doubt that will work either.

Thanks for your input and help.

Well, did get it to work with our own website as host...so at least the logo is working. Now I'll have to work on our donation button.

Again thank you for the help.

You do realize that after you get the "Host" of the image problems fixed, all the red boxes will become the image; And then other viewers will be confused as what we're talking about.

Yes, I do and thank you. Now on to PayPal to figure out where I added the now "un-hosted" button in the first place.

Ron thanks again for all your help.

Bumping this up. Can't get the PayPal button to work correctly but did build one. I believe ForumCo Admin must do the mod on our forum.

Our avatars are all screwed up somehow. The following image is a dragon logo, and if you click it, that's what comes up. Yet, if you look at my profile, you will see this is the link I have, but that's NOT the image coming up on the forum. This is happening with multiple avatars.

Here is the image location: You must be logged in to see this link.

Now when I click the above link, it comes up as the bottle avatar.

If I click this link from my website, it comes up as the proper image.

If you save the image and view it from your PC, it is fine.
