k, a few questions.
1) What it the latest forum update
2) what happens when you update your forum?

and because I don't feel the need to make a new topic, and this is the more pressing matter at hand.

is there a way to "Un-Archive" a forum? Because My Friend/Sub Admin archived 4 forums of ours, thinking that we could undo it and like, get back certain topics, but we don't know how, is there away? to get back some, if not all topics?

Thanks in advance

“If you lock a topic you can unlock it. If you archive a topic you can never un-archive it.”

Jox, The only way I know to bring the topic back, so members can continue to reply to it, is to copy the text from the archived section of each topic you wish to return, and then post it as a new topic to the forum.

Not much help, if you have a great number of subjects (topics) you want active again.

I am not sure about that one. I believe but certainly may be mistaken that is a feature that doesn't work and ForumCo does all of our updates. Again I could certainly be wrong about that and remembering incorrectly.

The version used at ForumCo is very different from the publicly available Snitz Forums. Any security updates or vulnerabilities are applied immediately.

Guests can view archived forums unless they are protected in some way (allowed members only or password protected. Normal members cannot post in an archived forum by default. See here for an example - You must be logged in to see this link.
