onto my forum? how do you do it? (please be nice! I searched for hours)

yes im an admin. help me out.

As admin sign in to the profile of the member you want to add as moderator. When you have entered their profile amend the Member Level: from 'normal user' to 'moderator' - click to submit the amended profile and there you are ... you have added a moderator.
