I thought the 2nd option work but that is not that the case.
I get the message then click the main page, then go back, and MS says it need to refresh, so I do. Then it says thanks for your post/conntribution.

Our MOC Forum is pretty slow...my last page took 41.02 seconds to generate. Should I remove all the subscriptions, stop them or can you? I would of course warn the members first. Knowing now it sends an e-mail out to all subscriptions when posts are made, with a forum as large as ours I can only imagine how it could muck it up.

You can turn off subscriptions in the admin area under Feature Config. Don't do it yet though.

I have a plan to fix it tonight.....

wow. well that's kinda weird then. we're all running off the same code, yet we're all having slightly different problems.
this board is slower than usual, but still functioning.
others can start only new threads.
we can't start new threads at all.
some are having PM problems...we're not.

that's one heck of a gremlin in there, hey?
