Although everybody needs to register with my forum to post messages etc, I would like to set up a 'VIPs only' forum - I believe this is possible by manually 'allowing' certain members access, am I right?

I was also wondering if ONLY these 'VIPs' could be allowed to use the private messaging feature i.e. if you are a VIP you can send a private message to another 'VIP', but everyone else can NOT use the private messaging....?
