The picture that I have in the right hand corner of the forum when I click on it it just refreshes the page, is there anyway I can link that pic to my website so if people clcik on it it will take hem to the website?

On the left you mean. It must always point to the homepage of the forum. The Home link on the right can link to anywhere you want.
