I accidently deleted my user, and well now he's trying to login (which doesn't work). So I asked him to re-register, but he's getting an 'E-mail used' error. How do I go about this?

What is your forum url? and what is the members name ?

Whats the email address for the user? I couldn't find any deleted users with email addresses (they are all blank).

Should be fixed now. The user had previously tried to change their email address to the one above but had not completed the steps to do so. Thats why the email address was still in the database.
