An email was sent to someone who registered. When he clicked on the link, the Activation Key was not working. How do I get it working?

What is your forum url ?

WHat is the name the user used when they registered?

The forum URL is, You must be logged in to see this link. He is in the system now, but when he went to his email and clicked on the link, the Activation Key didn't work.

What probably happened is that he unwittingly clicked the link twice. The first time it completed the registration of the user and the second time it told him that the activation key was not found.

He couldn't have gotten into your forum any other way.
