Padraic im confused and hope you can help here. Ok i have some probs with some peeps trying to access forum that are trouble makers so that is why approve members. So when i get there ip and run it on whois i get confused when like the person might be from Arizona but yet have an ip from atlanta georgia can you explain this to me or how i can find out. I did a google search but didnt find anything pertaining to what i need to know. And some peeps have multiple ips from like there local town and then some from like florida and i dunno how they get those but it throws me off big time. Any suggestions is much appreciated here. thank you

Some large ISP's like AOL route thousands of people through the same i.p. address, others don't. The more tech savvy internet user will know how to use an anonymous proxy or spoof their i.p. address. Anything could be happening.

I would need to know the i.p. addresses before I can help.
