It worked fine a few months ago. Then when I tried to update the icons with the Image Costumization feature, I got this error message:
Persits.Upload.1 error '800a0020'
The system cannot find the file specified.
/upload17.asp, line 31
I checked that the images being uploaded were of correct size and GIF format. However it does not work.
Can you please figure out what is wrong?

Is it still happening? If so, I need to get a copy of the images so that I can see whats wrong.
If you have Winzip installed its easy to email them to me. Select all of the images you are trying to upload. Right click on them while they are still selected, left click on Winzip >> Add to whatever.zip

Error message in image customization feature
