Greenwhich meantime GMT london dublin etc its now 09.09am i dont know nothing about the date formatting but need it set for london

im hoping 4 a 24 hour clock format bt i dont know the meantime settings

please help

i got it now sorry but if others are having this problem it should be set to "6" for UK only
