Is there a way to make a category only viewable to mods and admins? I need this for us to discuss problems on our board and to give mods rules...plus i dont want to members to have to deal with it being in there way!

In the topic set up you can set the topic to have viewing rights for a selection of members. You can also choose to keep this limited to a members list and hidden.

Hope this helps. I use this for private posts for my admin team. They only show if the permitted member is logged in.

Smokey, a category will only show if it has viewable forums for the member logged on.

Logout and you will see the board as a guest. Check that all private forums are hidden.
Register as a normal member and login as them, you will see the board as a normal member. Again, check that all private forums are hidden.
