A member has sent me a message stating she can't log in. Keeps telling her something about a password?? She has posted before, so I don't ubderstand. My thinking is - if she is having problems, others may be, also. That she just said something instead of giving up!! Suggestions, please?

I just spoke with her again. She said she never received the email and password!! I have quite a few members with no posts at all and am wondering if this is the reason.....
BTW - I deleted her and sent specific instructions of what to do. She will let me know if she receives email this time. |

These are in response to a message I sent to all members asking if anyone is having problems that are keeping them away.
Now, what do I need to tell these people - who keep trying to get into my site?? I had to go and delete one member, the other day, and have her re-register before she was able to get membership. Since I just sent message late last night, I will possibly receive more similar messages. Think I need a remedy.......

so what were the 3 usernames who couldn't log in?
Have you asked them to try using the Forgot your Password? link to make sure that they are using the correct password?
Also, they may need to clear all of their cookies in their browser and then try again. |
