quote: Hello again. We are considering going to a yearly fee which involves paying up front correct?
Correct.
quote: How do we know how many hits we get so that we can figure out pricing and choices? On your largest package what happens if one's forum goes over that number?
Go for the cheapest option. We don't provide logs for customers as yet but I do monitor pageviews for excessive use. Running stats for every forum takes too much cpu usage, I would rather have the forums running fast.
If you go over you will have the choice to pay extra (we wouldn't automatically charge you for the extra). To date I have never asked a forum owner to upgrade to the next plan. |
