Yes but its not in the top ten "size" wise.

Forums with 100,000 posts will run considerably slower than yours would.

I have 67,000+ posts and I haven't noticed any particular drop-off in speed. I suppose the slowest thing is if I search the whole forum, but that's what I would expect anyway.
