| Yes, my forum has been down, and remains down. I'm hoping that this is the downtime which Padraic mentioned as being while they fix the problem. |

| Mine has been going down quite a bit lately, last weekend and now this weekend again. Its getting ridiculous now. Mine is a paid forum, not free. Might move somewhere else. |

| Yes, mine is a paid forum too. I don't want the upheaval of moving all my guests though, so I am trying to be patient while this is fixed. Do we have an ETA on that, Padraic? |

Mines down also. I'm losing members and revenue. This is not good! |

I think it must be everyone. Mine came back for an hour or two and is once again unavailable. The announcement said that the problem was "contained" but we seem to have been down longer than ever today.
Do you have any further status reports or information that I can pass onto my visitors, Padraic? |

My forum was down yesterday, it appeared to be OK at c 8pm GMT but is down now.
One of the other forums I go on (Sugarlite) was down yesterday and at 8pm and is still down now. It says that there is an alternative board to use in the meantime, I tried it earlier and it just contained a welcome message from snitz which would be very confusing for anyone other than an administrator. Just now I couldn't get onto the alternative forum either.
In addition, I haven't had any email warning of what is happening and I don't think it is too much to ask that one email is sent out beforehand to let everyone know when forums are being taken down. I don't want to keep checking on here daily just in case there is going to be downtime.
It would be good customer relations Padraic.

I notified the admin of that board by email that I had to take the board offline and that a temporary one was setup in the meantime.
If I knew when there was going to be extended downtime I would prevent it. The problem is that the server shuts down whenever it feels like it. 5 forums kept showing up in the database logs when it happened, thats why I took those offline. |
