I can understand how frustrating it is. Believe me I feel as bad, if not worse than you do.
I'm doing my best to keep downtime to a minimum but it is necessary sometimes. In order to fix the database server it requires me to turn off the server which in turn brings down all the forums.
I have been talking to Microsoft Support over the last couple of days and are nearing a fix. I have other options in mind if it isn't resolved soon.
I completely understand if you want to cancel your forum. |
