I apologise if this has been asked before - I did a brief scan of old topics and couldn't see it.
Every day at just past 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm, my forum goes down for abount 30 seconds. It's not my ISP, as my users have also experienced this - most of whom are on a different continent and certainly using different service providers! It's not my PC as I use up to 4 different PCs to access my forum via broadband, POTS, ISDN and LAN (depending where I am!)
I'd just like to be able to offer my users an explanation.
