Hello.

We have been hacked. Someone enter in the administration seccion, and are making changes. They also change the passor and now, me and José Sardinha we are not alowed to entres as an admininistrator. Can you help us please? Thank's in advance.

Click on the "XML" of your forum's page. See who is still using your forum after you loss access to it. You should not need to log in to see some info.
P.S.
Sounds to me like the forum's Admin made some changes to your status; and maybe even removed your membership.

Maybe this will help you:
Changing a lost password (or unknown password) is simple, assuming that e-mail features are turned on for the forum. All of the pages that require you to identify yourself with your Username and Password carry a "lost Password" link that you can use to have a code e-mailed instantly to your e-mail address of record that will allow you to create a new password. Because of the Encryption that we use for your password, we cannot tell you what your password is.

That means that an Admin of your forum has either made a change to your email (on your profile); therefore you would not get a confirmation email. Or you have been "Locked Out" of the forum. There is nothing I can do to change the forum's Admin's doings. It's his forum.

Maybe when a Admin of this forum has time to look into this topic they can look at that forum for you. But, they won't change the Admin's wishes of that forum if that is what is going on.
