I e-mailed via the support and never got a response and so I'm posting here. Someone new is taking over my site and the forums and we need to change the billing address and contact info.
How do we do this?

I've had difficulty doing what you suggested. First of all, I don't have a password or username (that I can find) for a WorldPay account. And then as I looked on the site, it appeared to me that I didn't have the authority to cancel my order. Here's what I found when I visited WorldPay.com:
"WorldPay are responsible only for processing payments, on behalf of our customers. We do not hold information about the goods/services you have ordered or their delivery status, and we are not authorised to provide refunds or cancel your order for you."
