Hi, Padriac!

I e-mailed via the support and never got a response and so I'm posting here. Someone new is taking over my site and the forums and we need to change the billing address and contact info.

How do we do this?

You need to cancel your billing (WorldPay?).

The new owner should then order from here You must be logged in to see this link.

Email the details of the new owner to helpdesk@forumco.com and I'll verify it.

Before I do this ... I want to make sure that the forums will remain as is. We don't want an interruption of service or anything to change.

I'll wait to hear back from you before proceeding!

If your with WorldPay there won't be an interruption to the service.

Hi, Padriac!

I've had difficulty doing what you suggested. First of all, I don't have a password or username (that I can find) for a WorldPay account. And then as I looked on the site, it appeared to me that I didn't have the authority to cancel my order. Here's what I found when I visited WorldPay.com:

"WorldPay are responsible only for processing payments, on behalf of our customers. We do not hold information about the goods/services you have ordered or their delivery status, and we are not authorised to provide refunds or cancel your order for you."

Please let me know how to proceed. :)

WorldPay cannot cancel your order for you, you have to cancel it.

I have had your username & password reset and sent to you.
