I see a lot of avatars without any images. Can an admin help?

Do I host my own avatars?
If so, please delete all the existing avatars and advise as to how avatar set up is constructed. I read the instructions-scratching my head!

I deleted all the avatars you added. I am the first to admit that the avatar system needs work.

You can host your own avatars or you can add about 200 generic ones quite easily?

If you have an avatar pack and are willing to share them with other board admins I can set it up so that they are easy to add to any board.
Which would you like to do ?

Thanks for deleting those, Admin.

In the Add Mass Avatar setup, there is a field called;
"The new avatars are in a folder called:"
Is this where I specify> You must be logged in to see this link.

??

No.

If you want to add avatars quickly goto "Avatar Setup"
Click "Mass Avatar Add"

enter avatars/general_avatars/ for both fields
or
enter avatars/general_avatarsII/ for both fields

Just be careful, the more avatars you add the longer the profile page will take to load.

You cannot upload avatars to our servers. There are two folders of avatars there already if you want to use them.

If you want me to add them like this, see my second post above.
