Hi, whenever someone replies with a quote to a message their reply is the same font size as the quote, which makes the post difficult to read. Is there a way to make a change so the font size on the reply is larger than the quoted message?

It is actually larger. The quoted text size is the same as the footer size (set in the admin area). The text in the rest of the post should be the default font size (also set in the admin area).

You could set the default font size to a larger setting or if its just a problem for a few of your users they can overide it.
When using Internet Explorer goto the top menu of the browser and click View > Text Size > Larger
