Is it possible to modify the text of the message that the system sends to a new user to enable the user to complete his or her registration?

Here is a copy of the text that the system sends to my users:

Well,

Because my forum is actually used as a knowledgebase instead of an interactive forum, users do not post to it. Therefore, the introductory message is a bit confusing to some of them. Is it possible to change it to this:

It cannot be done as all forums share the exact same code. If I changed it for you all people registering at ForumCo would receive the same message.

While your "forums" do not technically breach the Terms of Service its not exactly in the spirit of a discussion forum.

Padraic,

I certainly understand. I can hardly argue when my Ural community is getting such a valuable resource at no charge.

If I were to convert to a paid forum, would I be able to make changes like this?

Thanks,

Free or paid its not possible. I would have to change it for all forums which I'm not prepared to do because we want to encourage people to post and build communities.

The only thing I can suggest is creating a forum for new members and having a sticky topic in it explaining that its not possible to post.
